Does this app replace the official IHSS EVV app?

No. IHSS Provider Planner does not replace the official IHSS EVV, timesheet, or payroll systems.

How do I add a recipient?

You can add a recipient in the app and keep that person’s visits and authorized hours organized separately from other recipients.

How do I track a visit?

Enter check-in and check-out times for a visit, then review those visits in the app when you want to see what you have recorded.

Can I manage more than one recipient?

Yes. You can keep each recipient’s visits and authorized hours organized separately.

How are weekly hours calculated?

Weekly hours use the IHSS Sunday–Saturday workweek.

The provider-wide weekly total combines work across all recipients.

Is my planner data official IHSS data?

No. Planner data is for your own organization and should be compared with official IHSS records.
